Now retired, Mr. Haugh was the founder of Cliniqa Corporation, a company that developed successful stabilization methods for human proteins. This enabled Cliniqa to develop stable human-based quality control materials.
Granger has enjoyed a 35-year relationship with the Grand Cayman. He first brought his family for annual vacations. As he became familiar with the challenges for the Cayman Island children, families and general population, he began exploring opportunities to assist.
Since retirement Granger has supported charities in Cayman and the United States that are involved in helping disabled military veterans, special needs children (Special Needs Foundation Cayman) and The Bridge Foundation (sober living support).
Granger is excited to help found the first Sober Living House in the Caribbean and is developing formulas for a self-sustaining and non-profit endeavor with the Beacon of Hope Foundation.
